How many doses are left in my pen?
Track remaining doses in your Ozempic, Saxenda, or Victoza multi-dose pen — the pens where one cartridge lasts multiple weekly injections. Select your pen color and current prescribed dose; the tool does the math based on the pen’s published total content.

Which pens does this apply to?
Not all GLP-1 pens are the same. Multi-dose pens hold enough medication for several weekly injections; single-dose autoinjectors come one-per-injection and have nothing to track.
Multi-dose pens (this tool applies)
- Ozempic red cap — 2 mg total, used for 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg doses
- Ozempic blue cap — 4 mg total, used for 1 mg doses
- Ozempic yellow cap — 8 mg total, used for 2 mg doses
- Saxenda — 18 mg total, used for 0.6–3.0 mg daily doses across the titration schedule
- Victoza — 18 mg total, used for 0.6, 1.2, or 1.8 mg doses
Single-dose autoinjectors (this tool does not apply)
Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound are pre-filled single-dose pens — each pen delivers exactly one injection and is then discarded. There are no doses to track within a pen; the number of pens in your supply equals the number of injections remaining.
Why not count clicks?
Every Novo Nordisk dial-pen Instructions for Use (IFU) includes an explicit warning: “Do not set the dose by counting the number of clicks you hear.” The audible clicks during dose selection are a mechanical artifact of the dial — they are not a calibrated dosing mechanism, and the count per mg is not published in any official prescribing information.
The authoritative reference for dose verification is always the dose counter window on the pen itself. This tool tracks usage across injections; it does not replace that window.
